The fire water pump that will be quoted by the FPCo in response to this RFQ will be the standard machine with the features and equipment indicated by the data sheets. Please provide the information requested in the yellow cells (gray with non-color equipment). The red text (* asterisk noted) spaces of the data sheets(s) will be filled by the FPCo.

This RFQ can be used to secure pricing for budget estimates, equipment cost to an E&C for project pricing to an end user, or equipment cost to an end user if purchased direct. It should be noted that an E&C quoting a platform project could offer his client the lowest cost for this type equipment because it is a pre-designed, pre-engineered, of the latest technology available and does not require the bid and bid evaluation process.

All bid package inquiries received, regardless of source and specification, will be quoted as a FPCo standard machine, even though the inquiries are not accompanied by the afore mentioned data sheets.

The information required to receive a quotation must include:

A) Company Name, street address, city, state, & country (if outside the US), phone & fax no., e-mail address, commercial and mechanical contact(s), project name & no., end user, and final destination.

B) Project disposition:

   1) Planning stage budget estimate.
   2) Contract quotation for submission to an end user
   3) Fully funded solicitation for purchase

Note: Failure to provide verifiable information may result in a no bid or no response.
